I worked for a firm that did the auditing for all the work done in Barcode Oslo. Even the project managers and foremen knew Polish. Also, it is the same here. Just change Polish to Spanish. The only women you will see working in construction are the clean up crews after a job who don't mind bending down to pick up trash all day.
