It's reviving slightly. I say the amount of pride in being a Chicano has doubled in the past two years. Probably due to social media and the president marginalizing us, making us feel like we need to stick together.

I went to middle and high school in Chihuahua and ended up becoming this weird amalgation of nerdy American and norteño culture.
Now I live in Michigan and jesus christ the culture shock is insane. Everybody dresses differently, the whole vibe is different, people have a different sense of humor, and the people at the latin grocer don't acknowledge me as one of them because of my gringo accent
