fact: in december poloniex gave a notice i) unverified accounts would be allowed to withdraw, and ii) a deadline would be given before the change
fact: poloniex locked accounts without giving a deadline, and unverified accounts cannot withdraw
also fact: giving your identity to a shady exchange with loose practices is completely retarded, and even if you get away with it this time you will get bitten in the ass one day. you're one of these mongs who lose everything one day and go cry to society saying "it's bad luck! there's no way anyone could have foreseen this!"

it's absolutely true, and the evidence is literally everywhere. all legacy/unverified accounts are frozen, nobody is able to withdraw without verification, and even some verified accounts are still frozen. even poloniex twitter acknowledges that. are you literally so low IQ you cannot read your own source?
gdax/coinbase has public facing persona and is FDIC insured, even fucking binance is more trustworthy as CZ isn't hiding behind twelve layers of pseudonymous identities
the terms of service of poloniex have allowed for unverified account creation, the terms of service of poloniex as of today still allow for withdrawals from unverified accounts. perhaps you should try reading the actual rules
