thanks

Chilean Patagonia is. Cordillera blocks all the rain from getting to the Argentinian side so we get lots of rain and snow while they only get minor drizzles. Go to google maps and look at how green southern Chile is compared to the brown and desert-like Argentinian side of the cordillera

It's from a guy who's crossing South America with a bicycle, you have a big country so there are 3-4 episodes in Peru

sooo it's the inverse of Peru? because in Peru the andes blocks the rain to enter the coast and it's dr as fuck, basically the atacama continuation

Attached: Dunas2 - Ica.jpg (1024x768, 388K)

Guess the region.

>ooo it's the inverse of Peru?
lol It literally is

Should I buy property in Greenland to prepare for future climate change? My property value would skyrocket in the future.

Or would the far south of Chile be a better investment for the future?

Why is France so beautiful ?

It depends on what you mean with "investment '' because I don't think our southern end is growing fast enough to justify buying property all the way from NZ.
If you want it to be cold since the world is warming up, then it's also a no because the far south isn't that cold compared to Greenland or most of Europe and NZ.
The south will probably have a better time than most of the world in the future when the temperature rises up considering it's in a pretty unimportant part of the world and essentianls such as food are 90% imported from Argentina or national products so you can probably live a comfy life there wich I don't think it's the case in Greenland since it would probably be ''forgotten'' in that scenario and prices and there would be problems to bring in goods and food

Punta Arenas is on average 4 degrees colder than Invercargill, which is our southernmost city. Invercargill has triple the precipitation. However Chile west of Punta Arenas appears to get plenty of water.
If you look at the map I've posted, the Northern hemisphere will warm much faster than the south, because of the southern ocean's moderating effect. So it probably would be a good investment to buy property in the far north of North America and Eurasia if you want to make money out of climate change.

Peru has snow? I thought you were a desert

Attached: IE000842245_STD.jpg (500x272, 129K)

not OP but it regularly snows in the very high parts of the Peruvian Andes (we also have hundreds of permanent snowy mountains), snowfalls in Peru are much more common in the Southern Peruvian Andes (like in Puno) as is higher on average and there's a big ass high plateau, thousand of alpacas and llamas die every year when snowfalls prolong for too much since it makes hard for them to graze.

Also, Peru is very varied climate-wise, we have the record of having most micro-climates than any other country I believe

links related, news about snowfalls killing alpacas in different months and regions of Peru just this year (this year has been pretty tame t bh)

nice pics btw

Has anyone a guess on what this is?

it's one of America's hidden treasures. It's really sad most people never learn about it, it's so beautiful. I actually think the fact that it's so overlooked makes it more beautiful, it's like a diamond in the rough, or a rainbow in the dark, you might say.

Attached: grand canyon.jpg (3840x2160, 1.22M)

it's literally the most iconic natural attraction in ur cunt though
