They're fucked up, its plain to see. Richest strata of black folks in US do more petty crime than poor whites. They have a lot of leftover historical pathologies they normalized and did nothing about and on top of that mass culture spent the last 3 decades pushing gangsta garbage onto them. The libshits in the music industry fetishized and amplified the glorification of criminality (that poor subcultures usually entertain) to the point its the mainstream for a lot of black communities.

The poor usually turn to being tough/dangerous instead of being well off for prestige because you got to get your dick wet somehow, thats nothing new, but the complete deformation of morality is quite unusual.
