How would ccpos work without a orderbook . You can't just stake something and swap it for another coin, you need some sort of reference to trade 1 coin's value for another.

Also, I really don't see the point of tpos. Staking isn't difficult and how many coins does the average person stake? 1 maybe 2 maximum. Apart from btc and eth, blockchain sizes are quite small and with graphene+sharding+other scaling solutions on their way; why bother with this xsn anyway
