Is this book still relevant today? If not, what is?

Im alpha but my game has been off, since I've been off the radar in terms of dating/picking up women. I want a refresher.

It probably hasn't aged well. I don't really know if there's a game book that's relevant to the current year. Pretty much everything as far as how you should behave was written on Chateau Roisey back in 2010-2012 or so.

His website morphed into storm front lite after he sold the domain. But if you look in the game archive topic, starting at page 150 and going forward, you'll find good stuff.

People might say the book is dated (haven't read it in 10 years), but I remember the whole point of it by the end was that most pua stuff is a gimmick and you eventually become a robot if your game isn't natural.

This isn't brutal at all. It's so freeing. We're raised all our lives to believe women are wonderful and they're these angels we should pedestalise etc, but actually they're fucking retarded and what they think doesn't just not matter, but it's best used as an indicator for idiocy. The fact is, the absolute vast majority of humanity regardless of gender are fundamentally worthless. The only reason men are any more worthwhile than women is because at the higher bounds of excessive positive traits we enormously outweigh women, who by contrast cluster much more closely around the center of the bell curve. Being that almost the entire bell curve below the absolute peak is a waste of oxygen, of course that peak will be mostly populated by men, and the few women in it will be so utterly insanely rare it doesn't even make sense to bank on ever meeting one.

I take the perspective that it's the individual that actually matters. The collective scores are only statistically relevant from the perspective of analyzing the observable distribution, a Nigerian woman with a 145 iq is still going to be a capable of more advanced problem solving than an Ashkenazi man with a 105 iq.

This is one of the best books I've ever read. Changed the way I think about women and sex forever. I'll also add that Selfish Gene and Sperm Wars are good too.

And there's no contradiction if you don't take it for granted that the genetic process that results in that bell curve is actually necessary. Crispr and associated tech leaves open the possibility you could simply engineer away the idiots completely, and that's even if our consciousness remains wholly biological, which given the advances of technology is hardly a granted.
But even failing all of the above, simply because of the observable distribution in the natural process matches the description I gave of vanishingly rare gems amongst mountains of shit still doesn't mean as someone that has zero interest and getting involved in producing those mountains of shit that I have to care about the process, anymore than a gold miner has to care about the geology of alluvial deposits and associated causative factors before simply observing that there's gold there and setting about mining it.
