I assume the dev has been mining since release and probably has 5 or 6 figure holdings. Perhaps he could pay it. Or crowdfund if that's not against the terms provided by the exchange (I know they like to deny they charge for listings).
Either way a shit coin can get on Kucoin without much effort I'm not worried. If it gets listed on CMC (which it almost surely will soon) and interest increases on Mercatox and DEX's, price should rise enough to make it worth it to list someone less sketchy but still legit.
