wassa wassa fellow degenerates need some ideas/advice i run a quasi-popular on-demand delivery company in a major city i have a fuckton of weed i want to deliver this weed i am logistically (and securely) set up to deliver the weed i can legally deliver weed through loopholes for my state (through a "gifting" clause...check out websites like highspeed dot com) the problem is...i cannot legally advertise to the public that i deliver weed obvious question: how can i "advertise" that i deliver weed?
if you're here for crypto buy some ICX and load up on XTZ (Tezos, the "allegedly" better project than EOS) when betanet launches in a few weeks
Honestly, you should talk to a lawyer or someone else who runs a similar service to make sure, but my thoughts are to give your delivery service a name and logo that makes it obvious that you're delivering weed. Like, if you're delivering food, offer a "Green Line" option that costs like $70 (1/4 oz) per item for the delivery fee and "gifts" the weed. Focus on word of mouth and hit up friends/clients to promote it on social media by offering them a discount code or something so they can be the ones to get the word out for you. Have some friends post glowing reviews of your service first to get it started.

You seem pretty clueless to me so far, OP. If it's legal where you are then I'm guessing there are already others offering this same service, how do they get the point across? In the Boston area, these services are very upfront about what you're getting for your "free gift" and the garbage item they also give you to get around the law.
Parker Carter
Oh, and make sure you're giving them some other product that goes with weed. Glassware is nice, but it could be something like picking up some pizza/drive through for a stoner and dropping that off along with weed or just selling them a fucking lollipop or cookie for $1 and charing a $70 delivery fee for the "Weed Service." Put some euphemism for pot in the name that's not too direct, but makes it obvious what you're really delivering.

>In the Boston area, these services are very upfront about what you're getting for your "free gift" and the garbage item they also give you to get around the law. I'm in Boston. How do I start weed delivery business? Can I create an app for it? Is it legal?
you guys are fucking kidding right? how much can you get at once from a service like this, I had no fkn idea this was a thing.
anyone know of one in nyc area?
Cameron Hill
Not a bad idea but it's hard to straight up promote it talked to lawyer and got the green light. i already have a current business but i could create a spinoff brand and run it parallel. thank you for the promotional tips sweet - i'm in the Boston area and already have some very happy current customers that know how we do it, but i don't want to risk the reputation of my business. i have licenses/permits/contracts (lease contract, health permit, tobacco permit, insurance, the whole nine) that i cant afford to risk that pop-up decentralized services like companies like Duuber dot com can if you live in boston you can probably guess what business i run...
Adam Carter
Legal purchasing at dispensaries is coming very soon. I don't know the legal details of these services but they do exist. duuber.com
Liam Jenkins
>if you live in boston you can probably guess what business i run... no, not really. do you just mean you're a pot dealer or?
Noah Hughes
tell me this is a joke
Elijah Lopez
Yeah I mean, isn't this such a big thing that there's a fucking tv show about it?
Colton Flores
>i run a quasi-popular on-demand delivery company in a major city i have a legitimate business that has nothing to do with weed, around ~3K very active weekly customers in the city
Lincoln Gomez
Here's a business idea: customer buys a t-shirt and receives sex as a "free gift". How is this less legal?
Camden Rogers
it's 2018 who the fuck owns or has enough free time to watch television? are you a holochain boomer?
Daniel Fisher
but you seemed to imply that i should be able to guess what that business is. there are lots of legitimate businesses in boston. maybe i'm just dense.
Ian Wright
sell good quality complementary products at a profit
Dylan Sullivan
i watch tv with girls after sex
Adrian Myers
because the sex wasn't advertised. you would have to be "in the know" to get said free sex same with weed you can legally gift it to someone but cannot be publicly advertised
Thomas Scott
By this logic, duuber is breaking the law though and they've been around a pretty long time.
Aaron Thomas
sorry i was being too vague, maybe im just too paranoid about the publicly advertising thing tried to drop some hints health permit and tobacco license on demand delivery company we're one of the only companies doing the legitimate business that we do in the city if you guess it please dont post here user
Oliver Fisher
exactly - the law also prohibits "sham transactions" which is exactly what duuber is doing i think their execution is too obvious and the state will try to crack down on them
Christian Gomez
I do have a guess but I'll keep it to myself. Good luck.
Camden Robinson
Yeah, I'm wondering if with legalization coming there's just kind of detente for the time being.
Brandon Martinez
cheers, thank you
William Butler
>detente for the time being it seems that way - multiple state officials mentioned they're assuming the legitimate retail shops will put an end to the loophole guess we'll have to wait to see what happens
Andrew Barnes
okay so does everyone, but it's called "Netflix and chill," not "traditional television and boomer" like you're doing.
Carter Walker
sitting on 2 lbs in the socal area, having trouble pushing this shit too.
Jordan Rodriguez
people still buy bud from dealers instead of dispensaries in legal states?
Ayden Lee
someone just paid me in it, not a dealer. just having trouble getting cash for it. tried trading it to people on craigslist for their shit but having no luck with that too lol
Michael Jenkins
Why dont you just walk into a dispensary and ask to speak to the manager and just undercut whatever they normally get it at?
Wyatt Edwards
you need a growers license for that
Gavin Roberts
Yes, for a few reasons. Oftentimes it’s cheaper and make convenient. Plus, some people may feel emboldened to buy based on the legal status but still don’t want to be seen walking into a dispensary.
Aaron Sanders
How much is a grower's license? Also I find it difficult to believe that there aren't dispensaires willing to look the other way if you sell them weed without a license
