Lol, I actually tried to get into the ICO of TKY. It was a total fucking mess. The site was down a couple of hours prior and was down 2 hours after the presale started. Many missed out and the Telegram was filled with hate towards the Devs and admins.
That's probably why it had a bad start, but I'm gonna look into it again. Thanks anons

the public ICO was a shitshow, they said that they were under DDoS attack which explains the website issues, but overall it was poorly executed. In recent AMA's the CEO has said that they outsourced the whole process to another company to run, and they fucked it up, she said she regrets it.
I can understand how planning this shit is hard though, especially in China, it's not like there is a book on running crypto ICOs...
Anyway, i got into the pre-sale and the process there was flawless, no problems at all, it was just the public sale which got hit.

Testnet was launched a few days ago, mainnet scheduled for december but I expect (like the testnet did) for it to come earlier.
There is some award due to be announced in the next few days, there are hints that it is government related.
Remember that their target is not end-users. Their target is institutions and the government themselves, they don't reach their intended audience through traditional public marketing like 90% of coins do.
The value will move once the real world adoption begins, it's the only way for end-users to get access to TKY anyway, public marketing is literally useless.
