recall method? Wtf is that you wonder. They have basically recalled tokens of the scammers back to smart contract and made it possible for kyc guys to invest.

Even ICON do not know how to use recall function in their ICO. All they do is for those who failed KYC (ICON ico is doing KYC after crowdsale), their ICON tokens remained locked permanently. Same method is used for Yggdrash. Obviously both teams also don't know how to implement recall function.

Price Prediction
Finally we come to price forecast. No one actually knows unless one can see the future. From what I can see in the market currently, with Phantasma achieving a ATH about 6x and Seele about 10x (not really sure about the actual number of x), I see no problem for PChain with so many unique features and super strong team to achieve 10x also. Of course, even Seele starts at 3x then slowly rise to 10x. I doubt out of gate, PChain becomes 10x. It will take at least 2-3 weeks to slowly rise. Do note this is not a financial advise, do your own research.
As of this writing, PChain is listed at Bibox and Bilaxy, and not traded yet because tokens still locked.
