No particular city is better or worse for the individual. It depends specifically where you live (in other words, there's good and bad in all cities), your job, and what you want to do.

Fucking barely, I was making 10 trips a week on the pakenham line during semester and I reckon less than 5 on average would make it into the city without an unscheduled stop, delay or cancellation.
