Depends on what disease you have. Antibiotics generally take a day or two to get rid of most of the symptoms. You could get a hot drink froma pharmacy, it's called coldrex here, or just some classic NSAID pills (paracetamol, ibuprofen). Herbal tea also works pretty good.
There are no miracle cures that will make you healthy overnight, but these might helo you with your headache.

500mg is pretty normal dose, if you don't have any gastric problems, you should be alright. I get nosebleeds from it, but my whole nose fucked up beyond all reason.
It looks like the original bacterial infection is pretty much gone, and some viral respiratory infection considered your weakened organism a free real estate.
If the fever is gone and you have no ther problems than those you have mentioned, you should probably be alright in a week or so. As they say, untreated cold lasts a week, and treated one lasts 7 days
