There are some new condos and townhomes in the downtown area but they’re all $600k+ because there’s so few compared to the demand.

Yep. And if you’re not poor already, the suburb will make you poor with extreme energy and fuel costs. Don’t forget the monthly lawn maintenance and cars for everyone in the family.
