Looks like shit. I liked the grape juice they have in vending machine
400 yen =~ 3 euro
you'd get half a kebab with that money in France
Japan is more expensive than France. You pay 10$ just to sit in a lot of bars
I can get double chicken shaverma for this price.
I've seen this fake plastic grass before in the food I bought in lawson, is it common in Japan?
looks like shit tbqh, and I'm Japanese
other user, been to japan many times and their food is cheaper than in france except fruits and cheese.
Yeah its used as decoration or separator for different foods.
Fukken 500 yen for an apple. Japan needs to get over its fruit perfectionism
I've seen a melon at 25 euro in Tokyo lmao
dogfood like that is not sold at 711
looks like a failed abortion
What’s this about?
yeah thats crazy, imagine if they had to respect that french doctrine, 5 fruits or vegetables each day..
I ate a lot of beef with mushrooms and veggies servings during my visit.
It was honestly pretty good compared to the heateble meals we have here, and the price is not that much higher.
I googled this to see if it's true, and apparently it is. Crazy.
Yeah when I was there they seemed obsessed by white peaches like pic related (maybe because it looks like an ass? kek). I decided to try it out, payed 6 dollars for one, and it was just a regular peach lmao
and you can get cheaper food like a かつどん at random food shops
Do they have normal fruit alternative? I mean is there another reason why you pay so much like huge import tax or something?
ill have what the russkis having. that jap food doenst even look edible.
You can find cheap fruit but most of the people (especially women) seemed to eat that exact peach. Like if it was a trendy thing to do. I've seen it in Tokyo, Kyoto, Sapporo and Osaka. It was a pretty big peach but nothing special. The melon shocked me more because it was a regular orange melon (Charentais)
You can get small pre-cut fruit salads for about 300 yen but with a few locally produced exceptions fruit is very expensive. Im just guessing but they probably have to import a lot of fruit due to most farmland seemingly being used for rice and only selling the cream of the crops when it comes to fruit.
this is available in Finland
>300 yen
That seems pretty reasonable, that's probably the same sort of price you'd pay in Britain for a pre-prepared fruit salad.
Can you not just buy loose apples for like 20p - 50p each (€0.23 - €0.57) like you can in normal countries?
it doesn't seem yummy
Convini bentos are not healthy
They hurt your body and mind
Why Japaneses don't sell western adaptation of sushi? It would be 100 times better, than a disgusting shit OP ate.
>lunch box at a convenience store
how come you try to buy expensive unhealthy food there? you should go to bento shops or beef bowl shops instead
>cheese
Delicious cream cheese, fresh salmon, tuna and smoked eel with unagi sauce.
I can buy 3 kg of apples with that money
even the so-called wagyu beef tasted like shit. only autist buys that.

t. so poor £2 can buy a chicken
Based. Here's a tasty meal deal I found on the internet. Personally I'd go with a sugar-free drink though, but otherwise his choices are solid. Sausage bacon and egg is probably the best sandwich there is.
They do lots of sugar-free drinks mate. And bread has hardly any sugar in it. Stop being an absolute mug.

The Jap is right, Russian sushi is an abomination.
It's not Russian sushi, it was created by Jap who lived in USA.
I bought a large melon in tottori for like 6 euros
I'd rather spend 100 more and eat at Tenya, Yoshinoya or some ramen restaurant.
looks like a fetus
That costs 200 pesos? Jesus Christ that's expensive.
