also if i can follow up. why did you purchase a cheap PSU when you have so much money. that gfx card is expensive. why not (since you are very rich man who is cool) purchase two 2080TIs and a 1.5k+ PSU? 850Watts is probably borderline with that setup. since you are very rich I recomend purchasing a better PSU and just throwing the 850W in the trash where such a weak PSU belongs.

A graphics card who's gimmick is currently useless and has no real applications for the foreseeable future and quite possibly the worst, most rushed CPU ever seen on the PC market in the last 7 years.

Everything else is fine tho.

Even without raytracing the 2080ti is still a beastly GPU.

Of course. But the main point of the RTX series is the, well, raytracing, and right now, there's no real games to use it for. Even then, an interview with DICEs technical director has said the the RTX 2080 cant even run Battlefield 5 at 60fps at 1080p with RT enabled.

Even Tomb Raider demos from not that long ago showed framerates ran between 33 and 48 fps at 1080p with RT enabled. Both the Tomb Raider and Battlefield tests were unable to verify the settings used for the tests, it may be possible neither were on max settings either.

For a card that costs so much, it's main selling point is either MIA or not working properly. Combined with all the 2080's reportedly bricking themselves not long after being purchased, Nvidia and Intel sure "AMD'd" this generation.

The way I see it, even if piracy is somehow impossible, games on steam are still way cheaper compared to console and go on sale way more often too. When Monster Hunter World was released on PC seven months after it was released on console, it was selling new for $59 AUD on steam compared to $110 AUD for consoles.

Consoles will get games which they won't support without graphics performance drop. Has been like this forever. The PS1/2/3 all had games which turned them into room heaters.

Well the IPC increase from Zen+ to Zen 2 is supposed to be something like 23% percent. Realistically it's all down to how high it will clock. Rome chip presentation was cool as fuck, but not very relevant for an average user.
