I actually think English is probably the best of languages to listen to on Earth, just rolls right off the tongue, very precise.
Italian is alright, quite nice when spoken by women.
Latin is perfect.
German is both sophisticated, and possessing good authoritative and narrative quality.
Japanese is exotic, and also quite nice.

Many of the SEA languages are abysmal, and you could fill the list of worst languages with any of them. We'll just give them all a spot at number 1.
Chinese, ach, like harsh tinny robots, with tone changing sharply and discordantly during every word, it is not a pretty tongue.
Finnish, uninspired, monotone, robotic
Dutch & Danish, equally bad, with dutch always giving the speaker a hint that they may vomit at any moment (I should add Hebrew to this spot as well for just the same reason, albeit they sound as if a hairball might come out instead)
Spanish, nothing worse than hearing this language, it's like the language of that annoying frog thing that was popular years ago. Portuguese fits in here as well.

good list

Specifically with a Meidi/Corsican accent.
