thats what happens when the infrastructure is build recently from sctratch. in Poland everything was build in the 90s. we hsave one of the highest internet speeds in the EU (picrel is average mobile dovnload speed), one of the highest percentages of population using mobile baniking and the highest number of wireless payments in shops. also our physical infrastucture massively improved thanks to EUmonies, for example the diffence betwen quality of roads and net of highways now and 20 years ago is heaven and earth.
