during winter i eat beans, vegan "meat", vegan falafel, half raw vegan bread.
vegetables are not expensive but fruits are. We buy exotic fruits like avocados directly from provider stock without any retailers so it pays out

So-so. We don't have massive quasi-burgers like that over here, nor am I familiar with "McGriddles" or the US version of "biscuit" (protip: it's "cookies" that are biscuits, not a bread).
We have the standard stuff, a "breakfast roll" which is a standard McD's McMuffin doubled horizontally on a baguette (doesn't look great), and a nice thing called a "toastie" which is basically a pitta bread with cheese or cheese and bacon in it. Very nice in my opinion, if you're hungry for breakfast and McD's is the only place open nearby.

I spend something like 20-30$ but I don't go so often. Everything in Switzerland is expensive kek (yes even McDonalds)

Yeah the mcdonalds over there looks really fucking good, but it can't be 1$ sandwich cheap like it is here.

Every store closes at 22:00 except for mcdonalds and one grocery store in the central train station in Stockholm.
Clubs and bars are the other exceptions.

Yeah, the bifanas are round, which is odd as fuck. It's meant to be a cut of pork preparated in a specific marinated thing. Making it circle and unrecognizable is added work.

The bread should also be the simplest 11c papo-seco bread from any bakery we have here, but theirs is still weird.
