Used to take an oz per day and quit altogether. Every other week I'll take 1-3 g mixed in orange juice, once on a single day. Green and yellow fan. Used to like the the white vein, but got too energized. The red is okay if it's bali or borneo.

I take white Maeng da in the morning and red Borneo in the evenings. Rotate a green Malay to prevent tolerance.

I guess i will get a white for samples (my vendor ships free samples if you buy 1kg of any kratom). I rotate between red and greens (although marketing is bs i swear this one green malay i had is the exact same powder as this red borneo i am having right now some color, taste, effect, a bit more coarse).

White is a bit like caffiene and I only take a gram or two at a time. When I take Borneo I normally have 4 to 6 grams.

I also just take less White because I'm headed to work and don't want to be too spacey. I buy mine from Asheville, NC and have met and trust the guy.

Nausea, dizziness, much lower chance of respiratory depression compared to prescription opioids, too high of a dose daily can cause constipation similar to opioid induced constipation (hydrating is important when consuming kratom).
Worst feeling I had was being kind of too "high" after taking a lot. Threw up a handful of times when taken on an empty stomach.

You will experience this if you abuse it and abuse anything. Don't overdo it, eat healthy, drink water, and exercise. You won't experience bad effects if you keep it under control. You only need a couple grams for energy and a little more for pain relief. Red for pain, green for a mix of energy/pain, and white for plain energy. To each their own effects and side effects though. Start low with .5 g and see what it does.
