Ok the holy tri comparison - Warsaw, Moscow, Belgrade
This will catch you by surprise. I'm sure EUfag was jerking off to the thought of Belgrade being the weakest of the 3, but you'd be surprised
First off, we all knew Warsaw is superior to both so there is no surprise there lmao
On average Warsaw looks the most "European" and the wealthiest/most polished
But things that caught me by surprise:
- Central Moscow is extremely well maintained, probably the best of the 3
- Belgrade at any random point will hold up to such a level that there are almost no real shitholes no matter where you drop it
- Poland suburbs/commie blocks look the best, they even look 1st world in the far outskirts, and have bike paths/real markings infrastructure
- In Moscow there are NO HOUSES. This meme took me long to make because I was looking for a house in Moscow for 10 minutes. Even the far far outskirts of Moscow are commie blocks, and the street I found was of some oligarch probably. There was still little infrastructure there, it's mostly private wealth
- Moscow commie blocks are shit-poor. Even Belgrade has better maintained/more european looking commie blocks. Moscow is not at all what the Russians will built it up to be, it's superior to 3rd world cities like Sofia/Bucharest but will get dabbed on by Belgrade and Skopje in maintenance unironically

I think Belgrade if invested as much as Warsaw/Moscow will stunt on both. If you notice in Belgrade only the facades are somewhat depleted, but the ground level and everything else is on point

True, inside MKAD there are no houses, there are few house neighborhoods in villages outside MKAD, but not that many and they're surrounded by 5 metre tall walls.

But I must admit Warsaw has really messy and underdeveloped suburbs. A lot of them don't even have paved roads. That's common for every big city here though.
