Not sure about mobile wallet, but I know binance, OKEX, Huobi, and Upbit are ready for the swap they are just trying to work on some minor details and the announcement.
Expect the token swap this week most likely.
Also, IISS, DEX, and the SCORE Lite (Public Channel) are expected to be launched this month as well.

But another tidbit: Inside pub source guy who is friends with min (you know who pub bro), said he would legitimately be surprised if ICON doesn't hit 25 dollars by the end of 2018

Hell yeah man. I have 6 figs of ICX waiting to stake them so I can be earing like 2k or more a month hopefully. It will be amazing. If it ever gets to 25 dollars i'll be making 100k+ from staking alone for sure.
I don't know who assblaster is but i'm almost positive he doesn't know the CEO personally, and isn't told confidential information that isn't allowed to be released to the public yet.
