How do you fit all those on a keyboard? Even with just ä, ö and å, there's barely space.

no you dummy, there are accent keys and you press them before the letters to add accents, you only need like 2 or 3 keys more than anglo keyboards.

Č, Š and Ž are classics. For some reason, English speakers think it's appropriate to write them as C, S and Z.
Few native English speakers can pronounce R properly.
É is a mystery to English speakers as well, but other Slavic languages don't use it either, apparently. I'm not sure if the same is the case for Ó but it might be. It certainly is for native English speakers.

We dont really use weird characters normally. We do have letter combinations that confuse the anglo.

The difference between these also confuses them.
