I eat at least one egg related meal a day usually for breakfast

I eat at the very least 2 eggs a day, it’s a very effective product in terms of nutrients

3-4 times per week for breakfest and I make schnitzels every sundays so you need eggs too

We like bread and steak more. Same with straya. That's why we're like #1 and #2 for fattest countries.

The best thing about sunny side up eggs is dipping bread in the yolk so the yolk mixing with other food is not only nasty but ruining the main point of sunny side up eggs
