I would have recommended you Argentina if it weren't for their crisis, otherwise, it is still a pretty good option when compared to what you can encounter in the north.
As other option, you have Chile and unironically Brazil. You won't stand out very much in those places. There is also Colombia.
But, in the end, everything depends on which kind of climate, environment, and level of "comfiness" do you want to live in as I stated above, then we can talk about cities.
