Nah, it almsot did tho. The old Varna mayor almost destoyed the city, but the new one is doing wonders. Went there for a week this year for the first time in 5 years and everything was great. Incredibly clean and tidy everywhere and lost of new construction. Not a Varnafag so dont really care. but I was pleasantly surprised, last time i was there 5 years ago the sea garden looked like dogshit
