Most people on the internet are absolute cancer, the difference is that India has a much larger population than most countries in the world and more of them are getting internet access these days. Plus they have some knowledge of English, so you'll see them more on the English-speaking side of the web.

Has nothing to do with internet access. Set up a hotspot in a shanty town and devices to utilize it are cheap. Not even saying that's what it is, for all I know comfy Nigerian villages just invested more so in internet. but it could be part of it.

Nigeria is 32nd largest country in the world.
India is the 7th largest. We also have over 1 billion people so 29% is still a lot. Considering that we are still making the transition from 3rd world to 2nd world, there are still connectivity and logistical problems.

Also, keep in mind that the Indian govt. runs its census every 10 years, next one in 2021. So any data for the past couple of years are from independent sources. Believe it or not, the Indian govt. is more accurate so we'll get a more accurate number then. For all we know, it could be a bit more than 29%.

Especially with Jio from Reliance (free internet, I think, idk, I used vodafone when I was there)
