Wrong. There are plenty of success stories from individuals who have been taking it 10+ years.
Side effects are very, very, very limited (just a very vocal minority has sowed a lot of fear, which you've fallen for)
There are also 10+ year studies following individuals who take this drug. Even after 10 years, they are still above baseline.
