Oh I just want to do a fruit vineyard one day and needed to know what soil conditions were best. I think I got someone that can do the coopering for me and the fermentation. Just mostly got soil questions left.

Crops roasted yearly. Corn, wheat, and beans were our big earners. We had apple trees for many years, but were forced to cut most of them down because Japanese Hornets invaded.

I don't know, I think the best you could do is translate for them. I mean to hire someone that already knows about managing a vineyard's operations. I'd pay em well and make sure they had housing.
