Since world war 1? I can't think of anywhere to be honest. We were the ones attacked in Afghanistan, Myanmar, the Caucasus, the central African republic, Palestine, Bosnia, Kashmir and east Turkestan. The only place that I could think off where native Christians didn't want to be part of the muslim majority country were east Timor and south Sudan. And at the end they got their independence.
