To make myself get used to healthy food, I put nothing but fruit, veggies and other healthy food into my fridge. Everytime I had the munchies, I only had healtjy food. One day I bit into a carrot and could taste the sweetness.
Since then, I have been able to eat healthy without needing to smoke (mostly vape these days, my lungs are happier), but still do love watermelon, mango, other fruits when cotton mouth kicks in.
