This month real demand/supply kicks in from iExec current partners. It's inevitable that the price will go up because a X amount of RLC will be locked up. Until this moment in time, iExec had to rely solely on early adopters (HODLers). Without a reward system to give investors a incentive to hold. And the swing/daytraders going along with the news/announcements.
It's going to be a different ballgame entirely starting this month. Volume rises, less volatility, etc.
Speculative: Also there's a fairly big chance RLC is being manipulated by whales. The price of every good Cryptocurrency has had their price pushed down before it's bull run. With RLC I'm guessing it's happening now, since Intel, Ubisoft, TFcloud, consensus and the EEA really put us in the picture. Many big investors want a slice of the iExec pie now, but at a good price.
