Yes. I like to go to them on the weekends is there are any.
They're pretty uncommon in my area
Sometimes
How is it possible to set something like that up in South America? Don't people just swarm in and steal everything?
Fattest post of the day, congratulations.
i think you'd get a fine for trying to do a "garage sale" in spain
we do have "ferias" and "feriantes" but i think you need a permit for that
heres a medieval themed feria
Nah, people sells in park commonly.
Its called bazaar.
But Ive seen the unmanned sales office front of entrance. The house sold vegetable.
Yes, I've done them. But you have to pay attention, we don't take everything outside, just open our garage doors and some may come in.
People from dangerous areas would take their stuff to open markets or post it online.
I assume that's from the English-loan word which is a loan-word from Arabic? maybe I can't remember.
About bazaar?
From French word, bazar.
why are japs so obsessed with france?
We have flea markets but these days you mostly see professionals liquidating unsold retail stock there
>We have flea markets
also here, but the weirdest ones are the mexican flea markets
why?
Yeah there's always signs around my neighbourhood advertising garage sales.
Yes, they're a big tradition in some towns
No, but we have regular flea markets in central locations where you can offer your stuff. Seems like a bigger hassle to have to haul all your crap there, but in return you benefit from far greater exposure as opposed to setting up a garage sale in your dinky residential street (not to mention apartment dwellers not having driveways to do so).
They are very common, almost every weekend. I don't go to them because I have enough useless shit in my own house
Is Chile not mexico,fucking CHI
We have that too,is funny !
garage sales are a american suburb thing because your car has a house besides yours.
Because my tools end up there and I have to beat your cousin up to get them back
I'm serious tomorrow Juan is getting a tooth knocked out
We have these too, we call them boot sales (boot of the car is what Americans call the trunk).
Do you guys have to pay a small fee to sell at these?
Yeah they take a few bucks per meter of table, but it varies.
>per meter of table
That's really clever. I think we usually just charge a flat fee per car.
we usually use price per lot (parking spot, table, whatever)
You are so cute
No. Some people might go around the neighbourhood knocking at the doors in order to sell their stuff
