Poland has army only in theory. In reality, it was one of spheres that was completely neglected by all governments for decades. It could maybe conquer half of Germany in some kind of blitzkrieg but it is absolutely unable to confront itself with such a nuclear killing machine like Russia. So they invest most money they earn on selling hydrocarbons into their army so they could use it to conquer Europe and take over its technologies, wealth and production lines.
