You'd have to agree on a definition of "European". If it means recent ethnic lineage from Western Europe, then tens of millions of burgers are ethnically European.

I doubt Russia, China, various European countries, etc. involved in the region are going to want to take military action against a nuclear power like Israel, nor are they going to want another country to poke them hard enough to provoke a nuclear firefight.
