Saint-Petersburg is a complete piece of trash if you move even one inch from the central district. Google Krasnoe Selo (suburbs), Leninskiy Prospect, Shushary, Parnas, Kudrovo. Streets are dirty, people act aggressively. One of the worst places to visit in Europe, literally.

A lot of sun again like in my hometown here in Canada. Center of the city is really clean and fancy. Much less traffic jams, less cars, less population. I'd choose Omsk over Saint-Petersburg anytime, mate.
