Cheapest heroin is in Cortoriacum (Kortrijk/Courtrai), a supply point for French drug dealers.

Heroin there is 15 euro/gram instead of the usual 25, only place I know of that has cheaper stuff is Rotterdam (NL), there it is 10 eu/g. It comes from Afghanistan before entering the port of Rottendam..
