If it's legit then I dont see why it shouldnt be top 20 or even top 10. The only other coins to have built a VM from scratch are Ethereum, Eos, Neo and Cardano so. Plus, Neo, cardano and eth all have long blocktimes compared to dero's 2-9 sec times.
