They have no incentive to exit scam. Running an exchange with that amount of volume is making them billionaires already, even if some of it is fake volume. I might get worried if the market completley dies and stays dead for years. At that point you might see a few exchanges phone it in and run off to a tropical island. But right now, it's no more likely than your bank doing the same.
