Can I give you some constructive feedback on your resume?
In short, it needs work.
The layout is clear however you should be focusing on your achievements and it role responsibilities
I note that your recent experience is at GameStop. It just so happens I am actually head of sales at Electonic Arts (won’t say which country) but I would not interview you for a role as your resume tells me nothing about you and what you have achieved or could potentially deliver for me/the business
How am I suppose to achieve anything if I'm just a lowly grunt? Dumb millennial.
>being this new
This reads like you work at Gamestop, live at home "supervising" your parents house, and trade crypto.
Also you were a Cashier at Walmart.
You have targets at work don’t you?
What are you results? Did you hit 100% last year?
Did you do any over and above projects or initiatives that drove a tangible result for your store?
This is the kind of stuff you need to list. Focus on the result and the how and in short succinct statement
For example;
“Consistently achieve 100%+ or monthly revenue target by X and X”
“Lead X initiate in my store that delivered X result”
Of course if you are lazy and just tick boxes, it’s going to be hard to come up with achievements but there are different ways to skin a problem
Just trying to help a dude. I’m 30+ and in a senior sales position in a global company. Read his resume and it needs work, gave him honest constructive advice on how to improve it rather than trolling him in the event he is genuine vs trolling on here.
My good deed for the day whether the post is legitimate or not
There are no targets
You put too much shit not relevant to the actual job you’re applying for. Tailor your resume with ONLY the shit they want. No one cares that you worked at Walmart and fucking GameStop
Dude, gamestop literally has a “circle of life “ program. I know they have tweaked it but I’m familiar with this program so find out the details and outline the impact you had on your managers targets
If you genuinely don’t have personal targets, just pull together some achievements you’ve had Or improvements you’ve made
If I was interviewing you, i would want to see your sales results and what your initiative is like.
If you have zero initiative then I’m not going to hire you.
This. Remove what is not relevant e.g crypto trader.
No Coiners don’t know what it is and think you’re involved in trading drug money and financing criminals. Yes it’s stupid they think this but it’s true
This resume sucks dicks and the degree is worthless
At least i speak mexican, my amego
>go to shitty state uni
>have 3.2 GPA in accounting
>had multiple offers around 70k from Big 4 firms
>starting in september
should have done accounting my guy
Also outline your key capabilities at the top of your resume. Recruiters like this and it gives them a clear outline of how you operate and what you’re good at. It’s a good way of showcasing skills
also
>listing Gamestop's nyse ticker and saying you read manga on your resume
definitely good for a chuckle, some other user mentioned your resume needs work and it does, I can point out everything that makes you unhireable if you'd like
Good feedback. Delete your interests.
This is not relevant and is what 15 y/o kids out on their resume go pad it out. It also gives a recruiter more reason to stereotype you...
Investment bankers include it in their resumes
wallstreetoasis.com
it's a subtle (not so subtle) troll image.
>interests : Skipping rope.
>Property manager: ie, living with mum.
youtu.be
skipping rope is cool, retard
Serious employers know that a pajeet with a """"masters degree"""" from some pajeet university is worth about as much as the shit they leave on the street.
you might be right, I just see so many resumes in what I do, this one isn't even close to some of the worst I've seen
A lot of effort went into the troll resume if it is a troll.
Whilst there is a chance OP is trolling, I actually unfortunately think OP’s post is serious and it’s his actual resume...
Anyway, I’ve given enough advice for them to fix it if it’s legit and if not, good troll. Hope those in this thread took some pointers for their own resumes from my feedback as a hiring manager
IB people get jobs by topping out Top 25 business schools undergrad and MBA programs, not listing they enjoy CP at the bottom of their resume
Why is EA fucking up battlefield v so bad? Is it a new way for you guys to grab the cosmetic cash cow, or are you trying to rope in new demographics?
What's with all the fucking new fags? Holy shit, this image is old as fuck, kys. That's not op's fucking actual resume.
