Applied geometry

So i hear this guy, William T. Erman, was telling us that we are missing one dimension in our TA methods and we should take Fibonacci to 3D.

What do you guys think?

Some links i found (really not that popular so hard to find anything):

And here some chart example i found.

Basically you have one formula that measures 'energy' of the market and predicts the turning point in time:

Keep up the good work you're on to something.

So what are your experiences with such methods?

Very, very good.

Time to put my math degree to work I guess.

If you can make it work, cool.

The ultimate guide to buying low and selling high(er) if that method works.

I'm a bit skeptical because of the simplicity.

It's far more, and less, complex than you'll originally imagine. You'll think you understand it, and then it'll throw you for a loop (pun intended). One day you'll have an epiphany though.

This a daily chart.
I'm going to attempt to calculate when we should start selling gold.

You need to incorporate more viewpoints...

Gold? Where the hell do you think we are?
Do Bitcoin.

No he's still testing...needs to understand the premises...

Ok, here it is:

AC = sqrt(2*(OA^2 + AB^2 + OA * AB))

O = mar 18
A = apr 17
B = may 17

OA = 30
AB = 30

AC = sqrt(2*(900 + 900 + 30*30))
AC = sqrt(2*(2700))
AC = sqrt(5400) ~ 73

C = apr 17 + 73 days
C = 29 jun

But the method is about 3 points.
Do you mean finding alternate O,A,B positions and averaging them?

It seems a lot like that lately.
I even tried to find market cycles with genetic algorithms and.. i found many, just nothing conclusive. Neural networks, decision trees etc. nothing seems to be working.

Like, this one. You got a cycle with 90% win rate (selling) over last 1.5 years (50 - avg + (40)) but it's cleary not a stable pattern and there are similiar cycles with similiar win rate and entry points for buying side.

Bump because this is an interesting topic

Also, with this example I could just say sell 17.3(3) jun

Will see if Erman is right.

I mean, even one of Cicada'a last messages ended with:
"History must repeat itself"
