We refund votes. If you move your ARK to a new wallet (0.1 ARK) and vote for us and get refunded you pay 0.1 total for your revote. Just make sure you change your wallet seed node so we can refund you.

The whales only get paid as if they have 19k ARK. As we lower the minimum they get paid less and less because their stack starts affecting dilution less and less. It's already increasing payouts and will continue to do so as we lower the minimums, even if they stay. Right now we have 1,817,601 in ARK voted for us, but only 1,722,601 of that ARK actually counts.

Not anymore, now it depends on what rank we are with 90% being the minimum if you have been voting for over 2 weeks. The calculator page shows how much you earn depending on what rank we are.

Too risky to go below 18k right now. We have scripts monitoring stability, dilution, and the thresholds to know when it is safe to reduce the cap.

We just pushed a site update to display excluded votes as well as show the current amount that is actually counted in payouts, along updating the calculator to now display earnings based on the new numbers. We will be decreasing the cap further to 18,000 as early as later this week.
