No. You're quite wrong. Being rich is nothing nearly as unusual or special as you present it as being. Rich people aren't like fairies - there are literally millions of them in the western world.

What I *don't* believe is real is your overstated depiction of someone so lacking in security and self-awareness that they need to try to persuade themselves that they are special by attempting to taunt other people on a Belizean yoghurt weaving forum. You manage to capture and present all the worst traits of the unaware nouveau riche brats I have known in their dozens throughout my life. But having known so many, I also know that none of them are really quite as shallow and desperate as the character you are portraying right now. It is a truly striking depiction, as all good depictions are, but it is in the realm of the grotesque rather than the realistic. If you actually intended for people to be swept along on a wave of realism then you need to tone the character down a bit, make him more complex and flawed rather than one dimensional.
