Criminal enterprise idea: assemble a team of mercenaries decked out in body armour with automatic weapons and have them approach North Sentinel Island by night on go-fast boats with low radar cross sections and or tactical kayaks launched from a support ship a reasonable distance away. There will also be non-military personnel on these landing crafts (these will come into play later).
Once they make land, have the mercenaries clear the island of the natives with ease using superior modern weaponry then bury the bodies in a mass grave under the cover of the canopy.
The non-military personnel who came along will be coca-plantation workers along with some trafficked human slaves (must be very brown / dark black). The coca-plantation workers will begin by clearing low-level vegetation from the island while leaving tall trees alone for essential canopy cover. The trafficked slaves' roles will be to dress as now-deceased Sentinel natives and occasionally make appearances on the shores with their bows and arrows to keep up the facade that all is well.
Once the island has been safely cleared it will be easier to bring in other coca plantation materials again under cover of darkness so as to begin production.
Coca leaf production will proceed undisturbed as the outside world continues to leave North Sentinel Island alone for their own moronic altruistic reasons and with the processing plant set up, brick output will follow shortly.
Perhaps the most difficult logistical obstacle will be moving bricks out and sending reagents (concrete, petrol etc) in. Properly wrapped, the bricks will survive fine in the sea water so they can perhaps be sealed and then moved off-island using unmanned underwater vehicles. Admittedly I don't know enough about UUVs to know if they could conceivably move significant amounts of weight this way - this will need to be looked into further before things get underway.
