>Hear your neighbours fucking (gets your peepee hard sometimes)
>Cant shower or do laundry late
>can hear people walking on top of you
>small

Hot

Dont mind any of this desu

in my aunts apartment there's a family with children living above her and one of the kids like to run around for some reason, so her chandelier is shaking.
people can also see you when you pee
but it's comfy and i can't wait to get my own

they only happen in commieblocks with paper thin walls not in these
the problem with these is the ceilings are too high and it's a pain in the ass to heat the rooms

quite comfy

>people can also see you when you pee
How?

the bathroom is usually located towards the inner yard, so unless you have some sort of special window the people across from you can see you.
i doubt anyone does that or give a fuck about it

God damnit why don’t we have these buildings in America?

Your GTA looks kind of messed up, dude.

Because America is poor

I've been in Paris once, and my hotel room was the size of an American bathroom, my bathroom was the size of an American closet, and my double bed was the size of an American single bed. Also that was 2004 and it was already full of brownies.

Don't blame us for being too poor to afford a decent hotel.

I lived in units before I bought a house, it fucking sucks
>getting furniture or anything big into your living space is a gigantic fucking hassle
>finding parking where you live is stressful
>have to see your neighbours constantly and make small talk in the lift
>something as simple as getting groceries becomes a chore because there is so much effort involved
>can't do any home improvement at all because your neighbours own the fucking building
>have to pay a fee to keep the building going which can be expensive as fuck if its an old building
>upstairs neighbours footsteps sound like godzilla unless they are barefoot on carpet
>young neighbours - people over till late keeping you awake
>old neighbours - tv is on as loud as it goes all day long
>building manager controls access into the building so if you have a friend you want to live over for a week or so you have to try get a second key, yeah sure that will be done in about a years time
living in a house is like being a free man again

completely depends on the neighbourhood m8, it's just the outside
some are very small one or two room appartments usually with poor people, some are huge and very expensive like 10 million a piece
some are soundproof, some not
not here

only similarities they almost all have are
-they kept the old timey wooden stairs
-elevators are very small
-elevators are often the old type like in this pic
-last floor is the cheapest with very small "maids rooms"

I live in pic related and it's comfy as hell. The apartments are really old but very sound proof.
Also everything was built when quality was actually a thing so marble stairs, wooden floors, decorations and all that is on point.

Hello brother, PEKING FOR LIFE!

I have a pub below my apartment kek, pretty fun on Friday nights to look and listen to the chaos.

How do you even get furniture in there?

Stairs. And a lot of cursing, sweating and real life tetris.
I'm this user and getting my bed and couch up took almost an entire day.

The only way possible

Everything is overpriced in Paris though.

In parts of course, or do you transport entire wardrobes at once?
