I'm not going to argue about this, I just want to submit my opinion and you can all either agree or disagree.
Toasted sourdough pattymelt with a couple of halved cherry tomatoes, a shredded mix of swiss and sharp cheddar, with yellow mustard and homemade mayonnaise. Iceberg lettuce leaves. Cracked pepper and some salt. Medium patty thickness, chuck/rump ground mix.
It's better. It has better texture, it has better flavors that don't fight eachother, and it's healthier for you.
