You dont really need lots of money, you just have to put in effort in high school. There are lots of scholarships and grants that are free money for poor students and minority students. I grew up poor and planned to just pay through community college with work money, but did well enough on SAT and gpa to get a full ride through undergrad basically for being poor through scholarships and grants. Got into a decent med school as well, but wanted to get working sooner to help out family so just did a masters and started working. Also there are many jobs that will give you a good standard of other than those three, unless by good you mean rich
