was it worth it?
How much do you pay of your wage?

First payment due yesterday. Didn't pay it.

how big is your debt?

yeah probably I got a good job and can afford it.

The minimum was around $250-300 a month but I am paying much more to get it over quicker. right now im giving it about half of my salary but i am living at home and don't have any real expenses

$25,000

>right now im giving it about half of my salary
how long with half of your salary you repay?

if i stay at the current rate about 13-14 months

not that big.
good. Pay that shit ASAP. And never touch a credit again.

I get paid to go to school

So your salary is 2,3k €.
You can have a comfy life with such cash here.
Surely not bad.

Where's that statue?

Don’t go to college if you can’t afford it fag, even then, it’s most likely entirely run by commies which is why I quit after 1 year and saw them all trying to convert me into a commie

How deep is your love?

The Netherlands has 2k tuition fees but most students have around 40k debts just to pay for lifestyle. Money you can borrow from the government to do drugs and have sex with.

helsinki

Why didn't your parents pay for you
Do they hate you?

>paying for university
first world countries are sad

Is it like the ocean?

Do they even have debt assistance in Colombia?

Same here except for the tuition fees. I could have been debt free but decided to move out because I hate my hometown.

There's nothing wrong about asking a reasonable price for a university to ensure students have a financial incentive to quickly finish their degrees.
Look at Germany for example who's system is a fucking mess since it costs nothing and heaps of 30 something NEETS are still enrolled there clogging up space for other students.

ikr, if you have to pay to go to uni here you're a fucking brainlet

Same. I never needed the money for my normal everyday living but I borrowed 10k for holidays and a new computer.

The rent is almost non-existant here and I'm guessing it's the same in the Netherlands. I had a guy in one of my classes who lived at home and took the loan and invested all the money.

>and I'm guessing it's the same in the Netherlands.
It used to be lower than the interest you got from your bank account, but our based neo-liberal government has just announced they are going to make it much higher. As a matter of fact they want to make the student loan system profitable in the long term.

yikes

Yeah it even gets better since they announced all the new interest prices will apply to old loans as well. So if you got a loan back when the interest was 0.06% they can now just hike it up to 2% regardless.

I thought that was a statue of Jabba the Hutt for a second

I got 10k$ last year for performing well in wordskills

yeah
usury is the new slavery.
well, not that new, It a sin since biblical times.

Why are the Dutch such jews?

live by the jew die by the jew. It's a way of life.

i have never owed a single cent in debt in my entire life ama i wont answer becaue i dont owe you anything either xD

>0.06%

wow

That's like half of what my tuition was but my internships paid well so no debt here. What did you take?

What's the cost of an average textbook there?

>be American
>take out a bunch of student loans
>buy a new car halfway through college
>get a good job through internship
>lease a good apartment
>contract a credit card with a high limit
>start few payments after you graduate
>default on all loans
>don't have to pay $90k in debt
>no possession of vehicle
>build credit
Only problem is if you're trying to take out a big loan for a house or business will need higher collateral

student loans aren't discharged in bankruptcy

you can default on a student loan

>Look at Germany for example who's system is a fucking mess since it costs nothing and heaps of 30 something NEETS are still enrolled there clogging up space for other students.
well, no

Is this a pic of the average Rick and Morty fan?

did not buy a single textbook, all were free downloadable as a PDF

>tfw I was a trust fund baby, never had to pay a loan in my life
