Some of them post sometimes, but the majority of the times you see a Cuban flag it's either a proxy or a tourist. Not all, some Cubans do post sometimes.

No, he was actually a Cuban. I talked with him about the Castro regime, the cold war, Latin American dictators, and the current state of our region. He said he only had a very limited internet plan per month or something.
