I remember being scored as 128.
There was one section for working memory, which probably factored into a general skill or something else measurement where I gave up halfway through it. I scored 13th percentile for working memory.
As far as I know, childhood IQ is meaningless as an adult. I'm probably below average IQ nowadays.

Probably a quotient IQ (mental age / real age, where mental age is sort of arbitrary). Working memory is g-loaded so your IQ is quite possibly below 120, but since you were young I wouldn't say it was exactly reliable.
